Thanks for this choice, you're reading my thoughts - I've been wondering what a median reg's ROI is specifically at 2.50s. It's hard to estimate without a Sharkscope subscription because the relevant leaderboards ($2-5, >=7 tables) are filled by 3r/180, 4.50/OD and 5/90 (PKO) regs. I haven't OPRed the 2.50 regs from the railed games yet, though.
I'm afraid that it's at least as hard to maintain 15% at turbo 2.50/180 as 30% at nt (non-turbo) 1/180 or 20% at nt 1/45 (I might not even have those), especially when 15-20-tabling them with other formats, so the BR requirement for the substitution of nt 1/45 for turbo 2.50/180 as the staple (while still loading nt 1/180, nt 1.5/90 KO and scheduled $0.55-€1.10) is rather large ($250 at loosest).
Hope my answer in last week's coaching gave some idea on this Tony, it's a good question and I'll let you know if I find a more detailed answer.

I misinformed you a bit when sending the HH - that MTT was actually a daily (11:25 ET) $0.55 Bubble Rush - the blind level durations were 4 minutes before the money, 12 min ITM and 15 min at the FT*. I was misled by PT4 that misdetects Bubble Rushes as turbos.Because I registered rather late (at level 7, 60/120, with 25 bb), the stacks were shallow all the way, so there was little advanced postflop play there
* Due to this, I know when exactly the bubble burst - the hand-for-hand play was at the end of 500/1000 when I had A♠:5♦:In case anyone wants to plug the payout structure into an ICM calculator (HRC beta allows MTT ICM calcs for thousands of players, ICMizer - up to 100 unless Nitro allows more), it was flat, with 19% of the field paid (305 out of 1608) and the payjumps occurring between 9n'th and 9n-1'st places, as has been typical on Stars for the last few months:

Eduard, good quesiton. Definitely check out Tony's linked post for an excellent reply to this. My quick answer would be that it depends a lot on what you enjoy. Regular speed is softer, turbo is more games/hour. If you like postflop play and deeper stacks, play normal speed -- if you like shove/fold, then play turbos. Good luck!
