Hero's 60% BB flop bet makes sense to me. He suspects that he is way ahead and does not want to scare off his opponent with a pot bet.

Using smaller sizing on this flop against any player on micro stakes hurts your winrate in a long run. Repeat this spot 100 times using 60% and compared it to using 75%-80% psb, there will be big difference.

Agreed. 75% to 80% is better than 60%. But, I suspect that a pot bet would chase too many villains away. Sizing bets is so difficult.
