have you ask why the have do that have you send every paper the need to have?
i have Neteller in many years and have never some problem whit them

Transferred money to the system NETELLER and money been more than limit. NETELLER required documents for authorization. I sent all the documents. NETELLER replied that the documents are in the wrong format. What exactly the problem is not specified. I tried to figure out exactly what was wrong. I wanted to fix it. But they didn't answer me what’s wrong. Okey. There was a long email correspondence. But then I got tired. I asked to return my money. Support NETELLER stopped responding. That's all. My money has been idle for a month now. NETELLER's incompetent support is not responding at all.
To be fair, I've been using Neteller for almost 8 years and never experienced any difficulties. Going out on a public forum and shouting they're scammers is just a little too much imo.
Why don't you read the requirements again and then send the documents in a way they are asking? They are following the rules they need to follow.

I've had a small issue once with my neteller (it was my fault, neteller did nothing wrong).
It's way faster if you call them. Try this, by the way, It sounds like it's your fault, don't blame neteller for doing their job.
If they ask you to send ID docs, you need to do it before you can get your money. Why don't you send them?
Neteller and not just Neteller but also Skrill and paysafecard is a reputable company known worldwide with millions of customers, they control billions of dollars and have a revenue of over $100 million yearly. They certainly don't want to steal your $50, they want to continue to make millions. I think you either tried to circumvent their rules and got caught, or you don't know what to do, or you dont understand them. Either way it's your fault. Making statements like "NETELLER IS SCAM" wont help you to prove your cause. It proves exactly the opposite. If you want people to believe you stay calm and try to prove your words.

Sure, i sended all documents and photo with passport. But NETELLER not accept it.
And today NETELLER blocked my account. NETELLER is not returned my money.
I will sue with NETELLER Ltd.
Well I am very confident that they had a reason to do so. It might be that you didn't follow the instructions, or there was something different compared to the information you gave when you signed up.

Before you pay to a jurist, please read T&C and what happens if you fail to provide correct ID documents.

Neteller support is not competent. So, it was created this a stupid situation.
