I don't think they will or need to give you your money back, if you fail to provide the documents. As they rejected it, there is something wrong with them. Either the information is wrong, the type of documents are wrong, or the file type is wrong. Or you didn't read the instructions carefully.

Did you call them?

NETELLER replied that the documents are in the wrong format. What exactly the problem is not specified. I tried to figure out exactly what was wrong. I wanted to fix it. But they didn't answer me what’s wrong. Okey. There was a long email correspondence. But then I got tired. I asked to return my money. Support NETELLER stopped responding. That's all. My money has been idle for a month now. NETELLER's incompetent support is not responding at all.

BMWfanat,
As always, in disputes of this nature, it is important to contact the people involved, and work with them to be certain that you meet all the requirements.

Posting here will never help, since no one here can do anything, and the hundreds of us that have satisfactory relationships with Neteller have little sympathy.

When you do contact Neteller customer service the following things are of ultimate importance:
:diamond:  Don't get angry. The person you are talking to is an employee, and is there to help you. If you get angry, you make it so that they don't want to help you.
:diamond:  Get exact specifications for the formats that they require. They won't tell you what's wrong with yours, but they will tell you what is required. If you don't understand the requirements, then ask. Guessing will only get you in deeper difficulty.
:diamond:  Don't blame Neteller. They are protecting their own customer's money from fraudsters. I'm not saying you are being fraudulent, but until you comply with their requirements they won't be able to tell.
:diamond:  Avoid posting your anger on social media (including PokerStrategy.com). What you post tells everyone more about you than it does about your subject.

I hope your case gets resolved favourably...

All the best,
VS

I'm sure they will if you comply with their requirements.
Why not try that?

I'm sure you're aware that institutions that handle money must comply with government regulations designed to counter money-laundering. It would be simple for a criminal organization to deposit money on Neteller, then later withdraw it. It would then be "clean money"

Because of those regulations, Neteller cannot and must not return your money until you have fulfilled their requirements.

I wish you all the best, but as I said before, no-one at PokerStrategy.com can help you.

Best Regards,
VS

Quite often the case in these kind of situations is that OP is not telling the complete truth.

I mean he is threatening to hire a lawyer, but he can't first call Neteller and ask what is wrong? That doesn't make sense. And he's been told that his documents are in wrong format. So why not read the instructions and send them in right format? Before hiring a lawyer?

I don't believe he is hiring a lawyer, that is just a threat to Neteller. So now I am curious, what is OP forgetting to tell here?

And what does "wrong format"mean? They wont reject any format as long as the documents are genuine. I have used my old cell phone with low resolution camera to take a shot of my ID and bank statement. I used them multiple times for multiple verification proedures, they were of really low quality, but they were never rejected. Here "wrong format" means manipulated format.

I think that they have problems with address verification. The identity verification step has been passed.
Neteller does not write what is the matter. Neteller sends "template letters" that documents are not accepted.
In these letters it is impossible to understand the reason for refusal.

What should I do if I have no friends in the Neteller system?
Open the box. Instructions on how to open the box inside. :f_ugly:

But did not receive the my money. Dear friends, I do not recommend using Neteller.
You are easily banned and money will not be returned.

I also can't recommend Neteller (since they are a part of paysafe group). They don't keep their promises, misinform on purpose and bluntly lie. Fuck them for not paying my bills without notifying me. And then their audacity... Still baffles all description that pokerstrategy has a forum and a referral for them.

The advantage of phone calls is that you can talk to them directly about your problems, rather than having to wait for them to reply, and then having to wait again after you have written your own reply. It's good as a last resort, when all other contact methods have failed, which seems to be the case here.

I'd definitely try to call them before you plan any legal action, at least.

If you believe you're struggling a bit with English, maybe there has been some kind of misunderstanding during your email correspondence as well? Would mind sharing some of your emails with Neteller and their replies? You don't have to post them completely, and you can (and should) of course leave out some sensitive details.

Many modern companies have translators available on the customer service lines.
Perhaps you could ask for an agent who speaks your language.

You might also have a friend who can translate for you.
