Sorry to hear the bad news about your mom.
Thanks, Prim.
Mine looks Paleo-ish as well. Except the grain part and probably the dairy I plan to use as a probiotics source.
Honestly, it doesn't even matter to me at this point under what definition what I do falls as long as it's ok. And by sticking to it I'm giving up processed foods, sugar, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, trans fats and so on which is already a big step in the right direction.
Plus even nutritionists aren't on the same page regarding so many things. Some swear a vegan diet is the only way to go. Others advocate for a keto diet. Some focus on protein. To some Eggs raise cholesterol and then boom new research says it actually doesn't and so on. They just love making things difficult for us simple folk.

And now I have my plan for poker as I go about these other things as well.
I will 3 table 60's to gather sample only 3 tabling and do my standard 2 table grind at 100's.
Please forgive my cluelessness: why don't you play 40s? Is it just because you want to push yourself out of the comfort zone or because they're saturated with regs and aren't much softer than 60s (not enough to compensate for the 1.85% rake difference) despite the more attractive jackpot?
I thought the rake is 7%. But even if it's 1.85% higher only, doesn't change much. They are sh!t as far as I'm concerned. The jackpot doesn't look more attractive to me - 3 mill with 1:20.000.000 probability is a joke. At 60's if the probability of the highest multiplier was the same then you'd have a $12.000.000 Jackpot.
I never looked at them beyond their horrible jackpot. I didn't do the exact math but just looking at them it seems like higher variance, so I wouldn't be surprised if people that grind them have a higher probability of running bellow EV for a long time. So it doesn't look like it's worth it. Paying 2% more rake. playing for a lower BI, facing higher variance and so on.
Going from 30's to 40's though might be worth it, but again I'm not so sure about that as they could be so much more high variance compared to the usual stakes. So probably not. I played one though to see if I get that 3 mill ♦. Didn't get it to my surprise.

Coming back on the poker track, let me mention a mental game leak. Namely, I respect opponents too much and overestimate their rationality
Now regarding this. Well, knowing the "What" and "Why" seems like a good start for figuring out the "How". I'd definitely work on it.
But in general, I wouldn't take opponents from the low stakes too seriously. I remember even before starting studying intensely with Spin Legends that I was 12 tabling on Bet365 everything from Nl5 to Nl20 without even thinking about what I was doing with 11bb/100. I honestly didn't even care If I made bad folds or calls and so on. It was a "whatever" type of play and I was still printing money. That's how bad the opponents were. And It's a good idea to think about you in a similar way. If you struggle with a low stake it's better to take the full blame, which would imply that you have a lot of leaks that can be worked on, instead of saying that variation is really unfair with you and instead of being open to change and looking for ways to improve, you are doing the same mistakes over and over again.
Willingness to admit at every point in your life that you are stupid is the most powerful weapon for growth. Just look at me. I reached 100's and I'm still so stupid in so many places. Just imagine what more I could be doing by becoming a bit more intelligent... And with that attitude I'm more prone to actually do so instead of thinking how good and perfect I am.
But I'd be careful here. For example, Sure I am bad, which enables me to always work on myself, but my opponents are even worse lol
On a similar note, I have a really cool excerpt from a lecture from a course I studied this month that I could post here if anyone is interesting, It says something similar; & it resonated very well with me so I made a note for later use.
