Check/call flop.
As played, fold is mandatory. Calling is such a high variance move and you're never ahead here as you block the draws.

I agree as played its a fold, best play would have have been to check/call a reasonable size flop bet.

You only have 39% equity against TP but need at least 46% to break even, so fold is mandatory.
