(FR) AJ - middle pair top kicker in wet board

I think that it depends on history of hands this day. Maybe he thought that your check on flop and small bet on turn means no nut? Or maybe he used to over-raising some other hands before?
Otherwise, if you do not have extra specific reads for this case, you should to indeed fold after his large bet.

There is showdown value but increasing pot with second pair and gutshot for value on such a wet board with risk of flush draw for opponent = increasing variance.
Hero bets for 6.2BB looks like semi-bluff with intention to set up perfect pot odds for drawing to flush on the river.
Villains defends from such an attempt of drawing and at the same time screams that he had 22.
We do not need to believe that villain indeed had 22 but for decreasing unnecessary variance we can give him a credit for better cards and fold in the end.
But I would like to point out the sequence of betting postflop.

Hero should to scan larger history of his hands in search for previous hands which he played postflop in the same sequence of betting. Question: does he make it only with avarage / weak holdings? If yes then this is really serious leek to pay for giving information to opponent the he feels weak.
At the same time, we always need to look for players who raising to much, some of them make it solely for bluff, some of them solely for value. But it doesn't happen often to have such a strong hands to raise large for value so making that few time during the same session means excellent opportunity to re-raise villain all-in.

That's is a good advice in general, but in this particular case I wasn't much worried about giving anyone much info 'cause the tables are anonymous and worst case scenario, we would end up playing something around 100 to 200 hands at the same table.

So, unless some villain has been *really* paying attention, he won't pick that tell, IMHO.

Without this tell, I would assume that you do not slowplay on wet board so large bet from your opponent finish the action.
Putting your range on flush draw would have more sense if you keep full house. Otherwise, without any flush draw on your side but with two different potential flush draws in opponent range, he can take advantage on his pot odds.
