So, this guy had been 3betting me a lot. Since I had the A for blocking some hands, I decided to 4bet. Should I c-bet this kind of pot with air? Maybe fire a delayed c-bet when I hit the OESD?

Wait for a better a hand, 4betting with A7s is pure bluff

As played c/f every street, that OESD is very weak, it's made with only 1 hole card + there are 2fds on the board

don´t understand which position you´re
being oop you can likely c/f
if you were ip I think I´d take stab on the pot on the flop with 1/2 potsize bet

Sorry, I don't know, I use PT3 and then I convert it. But I am pretty sure there should be that kind of option for that.
