Then again, I guess drinking it would be one way of "discarding" as well. And most of my recipes only involve a few drops of that stuff, so that bottle should last me a while, even if I take a sip or two every now and then.

From the "crazy enough to work" department, here's a new cocktail I tried out, an "Espresso Martini".

Ingredients: 5cl vodka, 1cl coffee liqueur and one actual espresso.

Not too bad.

Must be quite effectice to say the least : I haven't even drunk it yet and I'm already seeing way too many cards on your laptop !

However, I tried their seasoning mix for "Tex-Mex Burgers" today. I didn't expect much going in, just some decent burgers, but... it was pretty damn good.
