I would still Cbet multi way with AA. This isn't a board you can slow play.
As played you have a easy fold against 2 all-inns I think with someone behind you that could call as well.

You have about 43K left and the pot is about 20k, so its 2:1 pot ratio. According to this pot and mulitiway pot betting between 8-10K is to small, betting (near)pot is commiting. Checking is not an option. So I lean to bet 12K and fold to a lot of action, because you will still have 33K left thats good for 82 big blinds. Overshove might be the second option, but it is still too much big blinds.

Why is checking not an option? vs 1 or 2 players it is ok, but 3 players have called a 3bet. It seems reasonable that at least one of them has something they will continue with - a better made hand or a good draw perhaps. The only way our hand improves is with an A and As completes a flush. I am not confident in our overpair on this very connected board. Plus there are so many bad turn cards that can come...

Seems like well played hand. Betting any reasonable amount will be quite committing. By checking we can still stack off decent amount of time or if it does go check we can quite happily bet blank turn for value. Though not too many blank turns.

But after checking when everyone seems interested our equity is really small. Even if we still have best made hand on flop they will have really high combined equity in hand.

PS: Pretty surprising no one has flush draw :)
