Set OTF and villain donks agressively on the flushy turn

Hello Mjez, how is it going these days at poker tables?

I am not folding the turn here, the villain is most likely fish due to small donks. I would call the turn. He is overplaying tps, two pairs quite often in those situations and you still have outs for FH. But don't take me too seriously, my skills might be a bit rusty after a fairly long break from poker ♦

I'm doing quite well at the tables :). I've been following your Beginner's Course 2017 since I got back to play cash game in July.
I'm trying to build up my bankroll from NL2 and hopefully will be able to transfer to NL5 soon.

Villain is probably a recreational player. In my experience these flop donks could sometimes be super strong but most often they are not. Villain can definitely be overplaying some hands, and even if he hit a flush there, you still have outs.

I would raise the flop bigger and call the turn as played.

Your flop raise sizing seems fine. I don't like paying to flushes. So, I may fold the Turn. It is hard to tell since you provide information in currency instead of Big Blinds. I would call a 20 BB turn bet. Around 30 BB, I may be willing to let the hand go. I calculate the Turn bet as 32 BB. This is not an unreasonable fold. Also, you may have to continue to invest money in this hand if Villain bets the River. I would not want to invest anymore in this hand. Be patient. Wait to invest a lot of money in a hand without such an obvious deficiency. So far, you have one player who agrees with your fold. I suggest that you provide hand information in Big Blinds, not currency.
