JJ on low board

Tricky hand indeed, but folding seems a little bit weak against a aggressive player so far.
I would just call and her-evaluate the river.

How do you know that he is aggressive? I can see just 3 hands. I prefer to 4-b fold this pre to avoid the situation you are in. Now you are right, you're playing a guessing game. Call and reevaluate looks fine.

This is prob wrong but I like to rr get it all in on the Turn. He is just C betting the flop and the turn and you have an over pair on both flop and river. He could easily have an underpair vs your Jacks and also AK , AQ, AJ.

What do you all think about this ?

Also, like other guys said, you have no history on him. No credit is bad credit in the real world.

I like the all in idea but I'd probably also just call and decide on river next..

So, if a Q K or A hits on the River you would fold to his all in ? Keep in mind that your shove gives max fold equity too. Once it's in on your end, you can't be exploited anymore.

He's playing almost any hand in 4 hands. That looks aggressive, but it's indeed a small sample, but a 4bet pre-flop is a good idea here

OTT I don't like a call. The pot will be 100bb big OTR so that is an easy shove for him, no matter what card comes. If a QKA comes we hate ourself, if not, we still dont know if he already has us beat but pretty much need to call.
I like the shove turn option. if we are beat so be it, but we get rid of highcards and draws (or if they call, get a very good price vs odds).

Preflop, I like the 4-bet pre too in this situation.

You should consider raising the flop sometimes with interesting blockers. You put AK, AQ to the test and I have no fear of a 3bet at all. Remember you have 88 and 99 while BB not so much.
Turn is mostly a call again, but I think you can fold in a 3bet pot when OOP double barrels. We don't block hearts or spades, but it won't be a great spot on the long run at NL5.
You'll be commited OTR when calling btw.
