I see nothing wrong with your play except possibly the Call of the Flop raise. I would have folded the raise. But your comment that the min raise may be a bluff is reasonable.

Good scare cards for sure, but you have the kinda hand you are trying to fold out, so to me it seems better to just check

flop is pretty bad. you're trying to bluff-represent a range that hits the preflop raiser with a hand that already beats his air? and then he makes a weird trappy raise and you don't believe him?

river you can only hope he has Ax (AK), but i would be absolutely not surprised if you got owned by AA or KK. if that's the case, it's funny how villain got max value by playing terribly.

So, what's the recommended play then? Check/fold on flop and river, call/bet on turn?

Flop – I would Bluff Bet/Fold Raise or I would Check/Fold. I like to vary this common flop scenario.
Flop – Your Bet/Call Raise is dubious but I agree with your comment that min raise may be a bluff.
Turn – Check/Check is correct.
River – Bet/Shove is definitely correct with your set.
