I like the way you played the hand. River call is tough, but the second K does makes it more unlikely he has a K and he will think the same about your hand so I don't think the call is wrong, but deffo tough.

Seems well played. Off course some reads on him would be nice, but if you don't have reads a call with a better 2 pair than this board isn't to bad.

Seems ok.
Flop is probably ok to cbet our entire range.
Turn check seems fine. I would rather double barrel hands like 6x (65s, 76s, K6s, 86s), 98s, 54s, 7x. I would probably check all Kx except AK/KQ OTT (K5s-KJs). QQ-99 checks as well.
River is funny because the only Kx hands I expect him to have are KQ-KT, that are now less likely due to blocker effects.
QQ-88 makes no sense to bet OTT. He should check-back A high OTR (AQ, AJ, AT).
He is betting a range that contains very few Kx combos, lots of mid pairs. It is not polarized, it is not capped, it's something in between.
Maybe some QJs decides to bluff here.
I would fold 99 or TT, QQ seems a bottom call. Notice you have a lot of Kx in your range, 6x not so much as played.
