MP, if he plays reg, is playing his 3bet range over a raise from UTG, so, if we put him as decently loose, he won't have anything much lower than TT/AQx in his range. I think he also doesn't have KK, AA because he'd 5bet preflop.

You win vs AQ, TT, QQ, lose vs JJ, and split with AK. I don't think he reraises with all those hands on the flop, though. With QQ, TT, AQ and AK I think it's reasonable to expect him to try to keep your range wide and just call the flop on this dry board. I would put him on JJ here. He can of course have AJ, AT, or junk like A6s if he doesn't play that well, so I can't fault anyone who just brings it in, but my gut says I'm not ahead much here exactly because all the regular hands that I beat would not want to reraise me but simply call. Maybe i'm completely wrong here, but that's my thought process.

I am pleased that there has been a rash of posts concerning whether to call a shove with TPTK when there is no flush scare, straight scare, or paired board. Many winning players disagree on how to proceed. This is an interesting subject. I would call and would not second guess myself if I lose. I make my money with All Ins.

well I think he is showing to much strengh and I may fold turn. There are few hands that I beat and villains tend not to bluff in those spots. Anther argument is that this is a 4bet pot and we are pretty deep. An argument for calling could be vica verca the spr.

You need to have decent reads to stack off for more than 200bb deep with only top pair top kicker I think and I wouldalready consider to fold the flop. He's check raising in a multi way pot. Off course the UTG player folds on your bet, but I expect he will only do this with better hands.

Playing these deep you can cold call the 3bet IP. You block UTG 4bet range.
I wouldn't mind to check behind OTF multiway sometimes as played. I like to pot control right OTF, your hand doesnt need protection.
Obviously betting is ok.

When he check raises you are crushed, but it is the top of your range. Turn SPR is small, but I think I would fold.
