High set on wet flop

Id probably just flat pre a bb 3bet vs utg is very strong and likely very value orientated.Im not worried about 87s here whatsoever im just looking to play for stacks postflop with top set.So postflop i think you set up the turn perfectly and even on a heart turn we should still be shoving. As villain can still call on heart turns with weaker hands.

4bet/call? 4bet/fold? what do you expect villain to have?

on the flop you have a SPR of about 1.4, which makes it practically impossible to manoeuver over more than two streets.
i'd say that this flop is quite dry, his range probably doesn't have 76s and flushdraws are probably limited to suited broadways at worse, maybe exactly just AKs and AQs. maybe you can insert a check somewhere.

i don't know what the hell he has that calls the flop and folds the turn, probably AK, maybe a hero fold of QQ. most other hands should be too wide for the relative positions (and your 4bet sizing was also very large, so he should be extra tight).

4bet/fold. I was out of line to 4bet there, but I would have folded to a shove.

I was also surprised at his fold. Maybe it was a AK or even AQ.

If I check, do I do it on the flop or the turn? I cbet more aggressively than is good for me (probably), so I think it would be very suspicious if I don't cbet here. If I check the turn, can I expect hands to pay me off that didn't before?

If I would 4bet your could make it smaller as well in position. 24bb seems big enough and if you Cbet around 24bb with you set you get it in on the turn as well.

Turn you could bet smaller to get it in on the River. Villain has never a straight on this board (after the action pre)

Your post flop strategy seems inconsistent. It appears that you are trapping with your set with a 19 BB flop bet (about 1/3 Pot). Then you bet All In at the Turn. I particularly like to trap. So, I like your 19 BB flop bet. I would have continued to trap with a 25 to 35 BB Turn bet. Of course, this approach is risky if he is on a flush draw and the third non-pair heart appears at the River. Thus, it is not wrong to go All In for the likely immediate win or very expensive draw for your opponent. However, you may have been able to win more big blinds with a 25 to 35 BB Turn bet.

I didn't trap. It's a normal cbet in a 4bet pot. I'd do this with air just the same as I would with KK here.

Yeah, size it down if you decide to 4b this combo preflop. 22bb-24bb seems about right. Other than that, well played.
