It would be thin to value bet river, but if you think he can call with worse I wouldn't mind it.

Off course you can check the turn, but betting for thin value is better I think.

What would be bottom of your value range OTR if you had no info? T9, TJ?

Tx is decent, but your kicker is playing the board and he could call with a Tx hand. It's tough to see him calling with a 8 or 2 and is indeed T9 a little bit better hand to value bet with in mind he could call a weaker Tx hand.
