$1 Spin / Turn Flush Draw

I would raise preflop, c-bet more on the flop. As played I would bet on the flop around 40 because of fold eq. Turn is hard decision in my opinion and I would fold

Raise pre-flop out of position against 2 players will be tough. I would check J♠:8♠: as well.
On the flop you could lead out as semi bluff for half pot and go from there, but as played i doubt a check/raise is to profitable against 2 unknowns in a $1 game with in mind that they aren't folding to often after a bet.

Turn is fine with middle pair and a flush draw. I expect he has often at least top pair here. Off course his bet sizing is weird.

What is your raising range preflop here?

depends because you oop. Start with 88+ ATo+,A9s+ and KQs and start adding some if you feel confident.

It depends on the villains as well how wide I would raise, but 88+ ATo+,A9s+ and KQs seems a little bit tight in a 3 handed game. Off course if you deal with passive villains it's not bad to raise tight with in mind you haven't much fold equity if you raise around 100 pre-flop.

Smaller pockets like 22-77 are likely most profitable to just shove pre. Bigger you can start to raise smaller. From offsuit hands widest I would go like ATo, KTo, QJo and suited you can go bit wider. But one point being in BB is that your position is not that good and you have option for free flop. So especially with these shallow stacks I dont see too much point to start raising hands like 67s etc.
