Postflop is hard to say IMO. It depends on your reads and opponent. It will be worth making notes after this kind of hands.

Donk flop with TP (half pot), push on the turn. (12 bb deep) (limped/raised pot)

I wouldn't mind to make it 3x re-flop with in mind you are playing out of position post-flop and than you get the money in easier on the turn. In most cases I would still bet around half pot on the flop.

Don't forget he's playing in position. Than it's not to weird to bet top pair when you check to him and this isn't a donk bet. His line looks pretty standard except limping pre-flop.
