PokerStars - 15/30 NL (3 max) - Holdem - 2 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BB: 935
Hero (SB): 565

Hero posts SB 15, BB posts BB 30

Pre Flop: (pot: 45) Hero has J♦ 9♦

Hero raises to 60, BB calls 30

Flop: (120, 2 players) T♦ K♦ 3♠
BB checks, Hero bets 60, BB calls 60

Turn: (240, 2 players) A♥
BB checks, Hero checks

River: (240, 2 players) 6♠
BB bets 105, fold

Spoiler

BB wins 240

Would you take the free card on the turn and fold unimproved on the river, or bet the turn and risk being check/shoved?

It depends on the villain, but against a random player I would play the hand the same :f_thumbsup:

What about shoving the turn? A OTT makes pressure on his Tx and Kx hands. Whats more we have still big chance to improve OTR.

I'm not a fan of over shoving. Especially against a unknown on a $1.
Off course you could have a lot of fold equity, but it looks like you want to get rid of him and than he can easy call with top pair.
