Villain is a loose fish that can barrel multiple streets. It feels weak to fold here but I'm not sure how to play this for 3 streets.
Tough hand to play differently on a pot size donk bet. I expect only the ace and 3 are life here and I expect he could bet pot size on turn as well.

I tend to limp hands like A4o preflop against this kind of opponents. It is hard to stay in the game postflop so I belive that best tactic is to get on the flop and continue only with hands that are able to stay in the pot against multiple street agression.
What do you think about that?

I would personally have hard time to fold flop. Usually most pockets would 3bet preflop so villain doesn't really rep much on flop. Also trips extremely rarely play like this and 2x likely not big part of villain range. So to me this seems like some weird bluff with air or flush draw mostly.
But yeah if calling flop you need to be ready to stack off on non diamond turn cards if villain bet big.
That makes it so tough. A4o is only a bliuff catcher and against a weaker player i'm not a fan to take a marginal spot.
