Another day Another thousand.

What would you guys reccomend?
more hands per day? i would probably be able to to 2k or more a day even with the full time employment but I am not really seeing the point..
not really sure what is the right balance between Ingame/study/session review etc

I know it is not a black and white question and will vary from person to person but What are your thoughts/experience?

As beginner and recreational player I don´t have any constructive input to your question, but I would love to see some hands. :f_love:

My experience is that studying is hard. Specially when you have to do a lot of other stuff like work prior to that. So if you have the time and mental strength to study take that opportunity. Better to invest in future hands than internalize the habit of bad plays.

And then get a thick skin and mentally prepared for PLO10z on the 18th. I don't want to scare you but PLO10z is the worst. I didn't really met someone who said/wrote that they loved that stake and it was easy.

Hopefully you will be the exception - good luck!

Great, another PLO player here :f_drink: I am currently playing PLO5 at Stars as well.

Would you mind to post a graph with a red line? :P Thats what I lack the most.

What about your past? Did you study Omaha or had some subscriptions to training sites?

I agree with @Rhodriguez. PLO10z is probably the hardest environment. I would say there are two choices - skip it and start at PLO25z or play normal tables at other sites with better rakeback structure etc.

Wish you all the best! :f_thumbsup:

Next week I will start the beginners group coaching with Kyyberi and some other fellow-regs. Looking forward to it! :f_love: I really gotta learn the basics first, but this game is really so much fun! Love it. :f_love:

Soon, I won´t be a whale anymore :f_love: and can post here more constructive content. :sifflote:

Im finding it better to slow down on the busy days and maybe only review sessions/watch videos etc instead of playing.

Hey i found this video "

really helpful , specially for Plo Microstakes.
Its a bit beginner but its all that is required to crush Plo5.
Position , size betting , Pre flop selection , and if they show aggressiveness fold and make a note in case you spot a pattern for next time but always respect a first ( as they will be prob multi tabling or literally only looking at they own cards).

Difference between PLO10 at pokerstars and PLO10 at somewhere else is HUGE in terms of money.

If you pay 15bb/100 rake (about average) then most sites give you 5-10bb/100 in rakeback and promotions. Stars gives you less than 1bb/100.

With 2K hands per day that would be $10-20 per day. $70-140 more per week. $300-600 more per month.

My general advice when playing PLO and having a maximum amount of time for poker would be:

- Keep playing when you're running good.

- Stop playing when you are running bad and spent the time you have left to study your hands or new learning content.

Good luck on your journey! _thumbsup:

You have a very strong draw here: 17 outs (did I count right?), that makes you a favourite in the hand versus set. So: As played.

(Is this right? A little help from expierenced players, plz)

Happy New year everyone,

Once the Inka's said
Another Day Another Thousand

Obvious on the 24th my computer were not turning on and the Hard driver was gone, had to wait two days as everything was closed tried to play on the iphone and obviously was a disaster.
Got it fixed and Im back in the game .

Ended up buying the Hm3 as a poker present as the Cashout option Ruined the HM2,

Does anyone know where to find a howto uploaded the Handhistory Report sent by Pkerstar on the Hm3 ? could not find anywhere.

Anyway the challenge is going great around 340up
Will post the Graphic once I get all the HandHistory from 18Nov.

Probably will be Doing a Coach with @Kyyberi before the plo25 on 18th Jan ! Who agrees?

"Consistency requires you to be as ignorant today as you were a year ago"

Anyone willing to do a session review i each other? whoever playing Plo5-Plo25 give me a shout maybe to a session together over the Hangout/Skype etc,
review hands, discuss strategy.

Happy new year, Luiz!

Very nice graph. Unfortunately I can´t track my results. I play on Unibet where no tracker is allowed.
