
After the 'Poker Satellite Strategy' book was published, I found out that sats are still surprisingly profitable when they overlay. I haven't monitored the Unibet overlays, but if the buy-ins cover 70% or less of the guarantee, then for those who've read the book, entering the sat becomes low-risk because they only need to mincash or make a few payjumps in the event in order to make overall profit...
I do acknowledge that it's a really dull way of making money... but that feeling when a 3 BI cash in the Party $22 Mini more than doubled my BR was priceless 
The reason why this strat works is that, if I fail to cash, I can rebuild the remains of the BR by destroying nanostake games like €0.20 MTTs or PLO4
All that said, I'm still more satisfied by a more normal $0.7 ABI MTT grind due to the dominance over almost every opponent... midstake events take me out of the comfort zone skillwise; when I do them, I 1-table and review the hands afterwards.
