Hey guys,
here´s a hand I misplayed. Don´t have the pic anymore, so I describe it:
Hero is on BTN with A♠ J♠ T♥ K♣
1 limper (CO) before me so I raise from BTN
SB folds
BB calls, CO calls
Flop comes 2♠ 2♥ 8♠
Action goes check check and I decide to c-bet half pot. BB calls, CO folds.
Turn comes: 7♠
Bet another half-pot and BB calls again.
River blanks, is neither a 2 nor an 8, BB bets out pot and I get it in. BB shows 88xx for an FH.
I played this hand totally bad, I know, but how do you approach such paired boards with a strong draw?
I think I should have x-ed back turn and then ........just call? Fold to a pot-sized bet? Call a half-pot bet? Keep the pot small?
