If we have read of passive calling machine opponent would bet turn, bet river be reasonable then? On this paired board full houses should be quite rare I think as 2xxx hands should be somewhat rare and 77xx is very unlikely.

A loose-passive calling machine can hold pretty much anything. In PLO4 it´s a lot about "gambling". Villains play too many hands they shouldn´t.

C-Bet is normal with paired board.

Definitely check on turn , villain could be calling flop with trips or FD. Betting turn big mistake as more costly to call on river.:f_fr

Yes, the best line is: c-bet half pot flop, x turn, call river.
