Interesting spot, we have to give him a whole range:
99,88,22,QQ, Q9,Q8,98, and maybe Qxdd? T7dd? I think it would be too loose for him to shove on the turn with just a NFD. So maybe givee his turn all in range of : 2pairs, sets and Combo draws or draws with a pair. The thing is you bet 2/3 pot on the flop so what would he call with on the flop ?

He would call the 2/3 flop bet with,
all pairs 9x,8x, all sets, 99,88,22, two pairs 98,( discounting any with a single deuce because of raised pot)
all draws JT, T7, Axdd, QJ is a gutshot with over-cards, QT is gutshot + overs

On The Turn,

He could have had Q9 and Q8 on flop hence the action on the turn, any set 99,88,22, I think with 98 he would raise the flop. JT got there. QJ made top pair +gutshot same with QT. I think alot of his range here is sets,decent 2pairs like Q9,Q8 or good flushdraws that have a pair or combo draw.

Pot is 3.01 after villains re-raise up to $1.76 you already bet .50 so its 1.26 to call

1.26/3.01+1.26= 1.26/4.27=30% equity needed

and we are given about 18% equity so it was good fold I think.

Flop your size is huge, you're in a 4way pot. I'd bet 1/2 pot max.
Turn again, huge size and it's not a good card for us. As played OTF it's ok to bet again I guess, but it should be with a small size. After villain's shove I believe your fold was the best play.. I'm not seing them doing this kind of stuff with nothing, so you'll most of the times (if not always) behind.

He has a full stack so he’s probably a reg. He doesn’t raise pre-flop or on the flop so he’s passive. We have a passive reg in a 2c game.

When he calls preflop, we guess that he usually has some kind of improving hand. 22 - 99, 89s+. Q9s+. Something like that.

When he calls the flop he has some tp type hands in his range, he also has a set, straight draws and flush draws, straight-draws with flush draws. 2 pair. This board smashes his range so when both he and the other villain calls we are no longer in great shape.

The turn card is a disaster for us. It completes a lot of the hands in both their ranges. And, if we bet, it makes us look quite draw heavy, so it could encourage them to raise with draws which further screws our hand.

I’d defo be checking this back on the turn. I might make a thin value bet on the river, given the opportunity. I might soak up one bluff on the river instead. My pot control on the turn would mean that at worst I would have lost as much as you did.
