ok i understand. does this also apply for GGpoker? Since i thought there were cases when people got a warning for just having PT4/HM open while also having N8 oder GGpoker open.

I know HUDs are not allowed on GG.
But is it okay to have PT4/HM2 open and running (for the use on other pokersites) while also playing on GG (where there is no HUD running)?

Just a thought but GG poker should consider some type of free roll tickets for a bonus chest.I'm currently playing 4 tables of 5nl and you quickly realise that even the minimum rakeback chest of $1.50 only benefits the grinders and higher level players.Id have to play most of the day to achieve it so you want something to benefit the players that log in for an hour or two a day and play.
My thought would be a mix of those all in daily freeroll tickets along with some played freeroll tickets that you open a chest and win.Once you hit the minimum $1.50 rakeback level for a 24 hour period you no longer get the free roll ticket chest.Those tickets probably only offer players a minimal 1% back or something.And the outlay for the site is minimal if anything at all as the tickets pay for themselves in player rake.It guarantees anyone logging in and playing at least wins a chest to open if they aren't hitting that first rakeback level daily.Which most 5nl possibly even 10nl recreational players won't be so anyway just a thought.

They were good fun, good practice and I even won two of them outright. If you placed first in one of these you got a custom avatar.
I got a pig and a tiger. Woo Hoo.
Those are long gone.
They replaced them with "missions" -- you play a certain number of hands, or hit a certain combo to complete each day's mission.
This was fantastic, since you could complete a mission in a few hours.
Complete all 7 in a week and you got a ticket to a $10,000 freeroll on Sunday Morning.
I cashed in several -- in fact most of my GGPoker bankroll comes from these.
They're gone too.
I really hope they bring them back, or something similar.
If they came back, I might even play on GGPoker again!

Completely agree if your going to appeal to more recreational type players then offer something to appeal to them which keeps them on the site.Everyone wants to open the chests but for more recreational players and players who only spend a couple of hours a day playing they have no chance of even achieving them tbh.It's not always about the top line for players like myself "if that's the correct term" but i would like to open the chests even if it's for a minimal return it's the fun aspect of opening them and getting a bonus for your play.My custom for 2 hours a day should be just as valuable as those grinding for 10 hours day.My return from bonuses should just be less it shouldn't be zero though.
Regarding challenges/missions,
Seems there will be some challenges, for players of different levels/volumes, with the upcoming Spin&Gold sng's

Ive had the same issue a few times although not in my last few sessions but i caught a disconnect on twitch and sent in the video.Support got back to me and said they had no issues on the site at the time of my disconnect.Ive never had an issue before on any other site so im left a bit puzzled by it as im sure its not a connection issue on my side.And as far as i can tell by speaking with support on GG poker they seem pretty unaware the problem exists for some players.
Just to let you know our tech team is monitoring disconnects or game drop very closely and are fully aware of the reports coming from players about this.

Oh ok nice to hear it's just when talking with support via email i was told they hadn't received any other reports of disconnection problems from players.It's possible mine was just the first report of it not that it really matters as long as they are aware of the problem.
Hi, I have been told to ask for support in this thread. Two questions:
1. Why have I not received a welcome bonus yet? In the "Deposit Bonus" section there is no information except that "there is no bonus bla" ... I´ve cashed in right after sign up and as far as I remember there was no chance to provide a promo code... I even checked other sites to find any info about this before cashing in.. feels like fraud, sorry
2. According to Pokercraft, I actually should be up about 500bb (promo rewards not included) but my balance says breakeven. Is there something like a delayed money transfer or sth like this? Or does the rake (which is not mentioned in any hand history btw) equal a player´s individual winrate? Again this feels like fraud, sorry
GGP is the best alternative poker site I´ve seen for quite a long time and I enjoy playing there a lot... hopefully you can help me out.

Sorry for self-quoting... I found the answer by myself, at least to point 2. There is no "No flop no drop" rule ... so every hand gets raked which is ridiculous. No need for further support here. Good luck

I think my definition of word easy and yours in GG poker are different ;-). Honeymoon promotion - 30 easy missions - well begins easy but how "reach final table in daily or bounty tournament" can be easy mission? But even you pass it there better come later - "win bounty tournament" - sounds so easy ;-). Or "in all in situations run 3x and win all of them". I'm afraid last mission will be win "GG master" - doesn't matter it will be in Wednesday :-). Soft crashes few times - mostly on mobile, and all in insurance can't be switched off - so annoying. Rest is ok, finished today "play 500 AoF mission" - gamble but I get lucky and hitted SF jackpot. Generally with future promotions - give us a chance to make conditions :-)
Ps. Still no points from GG - I'm waiting 3 weeks - I will wait longer - support is working on it.

The missions get tougher after 20.
It is very achievable to make 25 and get the $110T ($150 in total prizes up to that point)
