Villain is one of the best regs in the pool.
Pre ok.
Flop check/call easy I guess.
Turn I'm sure this is a mix betwen call and check/raise. I block KK, AK, KJ, I put AA in a tough spot. Decided to check/call vs his big bet.
River check/call again. Flush missed. I think he can have some AQ, Q9s, T9s that can triple barrel. QTs and T8s got there.
I can't reall fold after turn check/call. I don't have KK, JJ, 66.
Maybe 77 is the top here. 85s I fold flop. K6s, J6s I check/raise flop.
So K9s, K7s, J9s, J7s is quite close to the top. And I block very few missed draws with my kicker which is great.
What do you think?

Hi, I like your play in this spot on all streets.

I am not sure about one general tendency on NL2 to NL10 limits and that is 3 barrel bluffs. I believe that even good regs on NL5 will not 3 barrel bluff. At least not often enough, unless you have a specific information on this one. Having this in mind I wouldnt mind leading river. By him it can also be perceived as a try to steal the pot with missed draws and you avoid him checking back with his medium strength hands like Kx. But check/call on the river is not a mistake at all imo. Just trying to think of other possible ways to play this.

Would fold river to a 25bb bet without any read. Villain looks like he's protecting his hand since the flop due to his betsizing, so I find it likely he has a KJ or a set. AK doesn't 3 barrel with nearly the potsize here.

In NL2/NL5 i prefer do not call with J7s in BB, my range call is more tight.
I agree the way you played flop and turn.
River, if he is a reg player, i doubt he bets 3 streets (with such sizebetting) with a simple AK or aces.
Besides, the 9 doesn't help you, a multiple draws are possible.
I would fold river, but it is a difficult spot.

As you say check/raise turn could be an option but i think your lines ok.Villain should have enough bluffs here being one of the better regs you expect a bit more aggression.
