They should also include a design with no chairs, but simple blurs or whatever to indicate players. Chairs consist of very much elements and are very confusing.

I second that!!

For now it bothers me that numbers showing stack sizes, pot sizes etc. are too small (too thin).

Shitty software. Cash HU tables are soft.

LOL, what is wrong with Pacific's support? I entered the live chat to find out how much money I've wagered so far. She asked me for 2 first characters of my password, I told her and BAM I'm logged out of my account, the chat closed as well.. Basically they see my password, can log in to my account without any notice.. What the eFF? :f_eek:

i'm not quite sure that they can see your whole password, they might just be able to see the first 2 characters of your password ;). Didn't happen to me that I'd get logged out though.

No need for paranoia. =)

First two letters of your password are there to confirm your identity so there wouldn't be anyone else asking about your private informations (in case you forget to log off or something like that). The fact it's just 2 letters prevents support to know your entire password as they probably just have some software to check 2 letters.

And for the record - you have to be aware that whenever you sign up for something on internet at least the admin will be able to see you password and anything he wants. The bored admins on gmail can enjoy themselves by reading your love e-mails if they feel like doing that but in those terabytes of data no one could care less about some random suvalgysiu or Berkstajger dude writting his girlfriend about a great golden shower the other day.

And about your problem with logging off - I've had at least 10 conversations with live support on Pacific and never experienced any similar problem. It's more likely there was something wrong with the connection...

It works, but not instantly though.

$350 wage so far and BR at $44.

Where should I start from?
1. Graphics - very confusing ... I can't make difference between the players the bets ... who's in the hand and who's the dealer ect.
2. Notes and Hand History - I have to push the SMALL narrow and select the hard to see "notes" tab. Hand History ... they just don't have it ... they have "Last Hand" with the replay function which is always nice. But the Hand History is "must have" as their sofware can't work with HUDs such as Hold'em Manager and ect. Huge leak.
3. For the DoN SnGs 1200 starting chips ... should be 1500 on my opinion. I'm playing them alot

Fix this first ... _cool:

1.6k$ wage, BR at 33... 1/2 hates me -.-

Actually I'm very happy with their notes since you can add symbols to describe different types of players. You can click next to players' names to add notes.

they have HH, u just need to enable saving it at Settings->hand history

I ahve questiopn on how many reward poitns do I get for 1 doalr rake ....
my software dont show me reward poitns , sjut th old FPP points and their new VIP system, I am not sure If PS.com players are eligible for that ...

Cash games filters flaw:

There is one thing that could be easily improved regarding table filtering.
We can filter tables with 2 players, less then 6 players, or all (something like that). I don't think this makes much sense, what about "more than X players?" . For me it's completely useless since I play Full Ring only, I still have to pick the tables from the full list.

Instead of more or less of X players they should use intervals or specific player number selection.

i honestly got so confused with the software i lost half my bankroll in paying blinds out of turn and missclicking bets

lots of donks though

the software is really really bad it needs a total rework

if you get the option of post blinds when it is your turn then it should do it automatically instead of asking you again and timing you out

the button is way too small

hand history is made for people who want to be impressed rather than the ones checking it for a specific purpose

it is just really really bad

and that was for starters

back to ftp i dont even care for that $30 in the account.

when you make the tables smaller, it's virtually impossible to see chip counts...they could do away with the avatars and increase the size of the chip counts below a certain size

You guys should search youtube for a pacific poker bug, I might post the video myself if i find it, but basically; this guy flopped a straight, went all in, and some guy called with a pair of kings.

At the river, the guy still had the nuts straight, and the other player just a pair of kings, but the pot was awarded to the guy with the lone king?
