I feel like you dont want to understand what I mean by saying your rake intransparency is a nono: I want to see wether on the table or in a hand history how much rake in USD has been taken from a given pot exactly, i.e. by showing in hand history like 'rake paid: $x.xx' or I guess it was stars where you see the amount taken from a pot on the upper side of a table.

I know how much percent I pay but will never be able to make sure that that really is the case. you guys can pick 15% rake and I would never know. fix this and I will be back.

Hi janmatheij,
It varies by country.
For example, from Canada I cannot deposit by credit card.
If you go to the cashier, you will see your last-used method.

Hidden below the "Depost" button are other options -- scroll down to see them.
Not all will work -- for example, even though I cannot deposit using a credit card, those options are available.

Try them all.

You might also send email to cashier@ggpoker.com
This address should still work -- the last time I used it was January to resolve a deposit issue.

Hello, I have a question regarding the Layout. For MTTs the different type of tournaments open in different kind of Layouts no matter what my Theme settings are... Is there a possibility to change that and have all tables look the same?

Couldn't find anything on that in this thread

could we do the same with R&C tables? i mean we can not change the R&C themes and tbh it is quite ugly
would be nice if we could use the same themes as at the normal tables!!

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.

No-one in the forums has access to account information, so if it is possible, only customer service can do it.

No, this isn't true.
Rake is taken from every pot.

If you put money in that pot, some of the rake came from your money.
Over the course of a day, if you contribute enough rake, you'll get some of it back.

Today, while I was playing multiple tournaments (and also had multiple tournaments coming up very soon) I lost connection to the servers. I saw that all the Turkish players lost connection in the same time period (around one and a half hours). I was 3rd and 14th in two 10$ GGSeries tournaments before the server crashed. After it came back, things were not going great as you can imagine. This is simply unacceptable. I want the refunds of all the tournaments that were affected by this server-sided incident. Also, this is not the first time it happened. It also happened a couple of days ago but only lasted 10-min, so I didn't make much of it. But if this is something that happens consistently (and it seems like that) then it will be very hard for us, Turkish players to continue playing on GGPoker.

The last time I checked there were no Single Table SnGs except for the 3-player "Spin & Gold"
