I hardly see bluffs in villains range since there is an A out there and the only draw out there arrives OTR and you basically beat none of his value hands.
Nice hand from my point of view.

He could block bet 99-JJ OTR, so it's not a blind fold.
Blocking some flushes and strong Ax (AQ mostly).
Not a big deal, but I'd call because I'm curious
You also should check weak Ax OTF and once you did not, a strong Q is still high in your range when you cbet-check turn.

Your check turn is for bluff induce, he can bet only aces
