I had the same issue. I just wrote a ticket. I was wondering how long does it take for them to reply?

If you joined PokerStrategy.com yesterday, and created the account on 888 today, I sure hope you signed up using the link on our site!

We generally advise waiting 48 hours for those to go through, and at this time when may offices have staffing shortages, be prepared to wait longer.

Also note that not all free money offers are $50 -- some are more like 888 and some are less.
