Any idea why Stars claims that after opening two tables I have reached the table cap limit and can only add zoom table but not regular ones ? That is since this morning.

Right, also you can open only 1 zoom table. I think they might have added a new cap

I had two zoom tables open yesterday
if you were having trouble on the weekend, it is likely due to the fact that PokerStars has over 220K users on line at once, and were likely nearing capacity.
For contrast, at this moment, there are 92K viewers on line.

Well they really added a new cap for some regions. I am from CZ and if you want to sit at a third ring table, you get this:

The same happens if you try to sit at a second zoom table. So now we can play at 2 regular and 1 zoom table tops

Jesus I hope this is not rolled out for everyone. The reason for the table cap according to 'Stars was that the tables were filled with mass tabling regs. Now the tables are filled with recreational players. What gives? What could be the motive for a further reduction in tables? To discourage cash games and encourage players to play other high rake games such as spins?
It seems to be ok already. I can open 4 tables again. They even gave me a chest with 5 bucks 
Has everyone been able to open the chests they got? I got a message that I would get on 1/5, 2/5 and 3/5, but I have seen someone already getting chests..
Does have anyone in Germany has the same problem, that you get the notification already after opening 3 cash game tables? Up until yesterday, I was able to play at 4 tables at once
