Your own though procces would be nice, but if I would Cbet flop I would make it around 15bb.

I'm starting small for a cheaper bluff on flop and getting ready for the river shove with better FE.
Your 3bet sizing is too large. 9-10bb should be ideal.
2barrel is OK. Potential river bluff might not be the best idea unless you have specific reads on your opponent.
Weird 3bet size for me too, I dont know your 3bet range bet if you 3bet that much you will lose a ton of value in a long run I think. 10bb is totally enough.
Would you bet small here with QQ too? I agree with the 15bb bet on the flop ,and half pot bet on the turn.
With your big pre 3bet half-pot flop/turn you rep on overpair, and you put villain into a situation to decide whether or not he wants to play for stacks and you only risk 50% of your stack.
If he calls the turn, I would x/f unimproved.
Well, I do tend to 3bet larger oop but these actions are completely random. So, since the pot is already large, shouldn't we bet smaller in general? (e.g. 4bet pot ) Aside from discount on bluff and probing our BFD/OC draws as to have more chips on later streets?
That's another reason why you should use smaller sizing preflop. If you had bet 10bb, you could easily bet 1/2 pot flop, 1/2 pot turn and you would still have an effective stack of 3/4 pot size left for potential river action.
5x is quite large indeed playing 100bb effective.
My plan to this hand would be to bet flop very large and shove turn, applying maximum pressure.
He's capped in terms of overpairs and none of you have 2x in their range, so the small sizes don't make much sense.
If he's a strong reg you're going to have a hard time OOP when betting small and giving him room to abuse you.

Sure, if to maximize FE then shoving turn is better.
