Try sending me one 
from PokerStars support
Tournament tickets cannot be exchanged for real money, Tournament Money or StarsCoin (with the exception of tickets purchased in the Rewards Store).
Moreover, tournament tickets are generally not transferable to other players and usually cannot be combined or split into larger or smaller tickets.

No worries, thanks for your reply. Iβve got loads of them and I canβt be bothered to play them I just wondered if I could give them away instead of wasting a seat at a tournament that someone might want.
Why not send PokerStars customer service a request?
The worst they can do is say no.
