Hello,

Do you think that this hand was played correctly and you would you have played it any different?

The river bet was very suspicious for me. The sizing looked as if he wanted me to call. Could have also been a blocking bet but there is no way for me to be sure.

It will be tough to get a better hand to fold or get value on the turn and I would just check behind. As played river is a easy fold with only a bluff catcher.

Cheers,

The hand seem really well played. Wouldn't have done anything differently. Doubt we want to call any 4x on the river.

SDK1987 - How about getting value on the turn from Ax,? Also, I think that if he had a flush draw or OESD he most probably wouldn't have checked both flop and turn, but maybe there are some draws like Q8, 87 or K9 from which I could get value?

Also, the bet could act as protection against any random card that could hit villain on the river?
