Over the last couple of days, I've missed my 12-hour schedule by up to an hour.
I've been bitten by this before, where once the jackpot was won just shortly after my 12-hour window expired.

Is anyone able to play the deal on the mobile app? For me, it hasn’t reappeared since they removed the deal completely. I can play on desktop, but that’s no use when I’m at work.

Did you try to re-install PokerStars on the device?
It might require you to uninstall it completely before re-installing
