How do you enable it?
I just started PokerStars and there was no update, and in Settings -- Lobby Display there was no dark theme.

Honestly I don't know. Was just experimenting with my graphics card and restarted the client. All of the sudden it was black.
Maybe some delay for different clients .eu/.com or something.
Do you have "The Rail" already? That's the other thing which is new in my client since yesterday
it was indeed dark on 1 point, but I guess I had this setting already on, but still I like the old lobby better.

I wonder if it is linked to the new graphics engine that I have turned off at the moment:
No it's not. Don't have aurora active either. Has to do with rollout timeframe on different clients I guess
