Wanna consider if the chances are still better with the next days then today. Had also some discussions with the livechat because of the announced "EASY" Missions, which is redicoulus. First had "Hit Quads in Omaha", did it 2 times after burning a lot of money and 500 hands. But two times it was a chopped pot because we run it twice and three times... Which was not excluded in mission details -.-

48 hours -- especially over a weekend -- is within the normal range.
If you haven't heard anything by tomorrow night, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your GGPoker username, the date when you joined, any relevant codes and so on.

I have just registered at GG and deposited, haven't seen any issues there.
But...
When I tried to use my spin n go tickets, I choose to enter 2 games, but only one started, the other went "waiting for other players".
I couldn't unregister, nothing happened when I clicked on it. I logged off and logged back, something tried to load (maybe a spin n go table), but it failed eventually, and the ticket was gone.
Now I have tried to register for a tournament which was running, the amount has been withdrawn from my account, but no table has opened at all.
Is it something that occurs very often?
Im getting concerned about the software tbh, these things should never happen. I don't mind the value of the 1$ ticket, but how can this happen?

What is your experience, people?
Is the software reliable? It looks like it's full of bugs and some weird things might happen from time to time
fetaure requests:
- make a 100% preflop openraise from SB like in older versions instead of 2.5bb (PLO CG)
- make a run it multiple times auto accept option
- make an auto-decline-insurance option
- show seperate rake pot on table or in HH

Your website is so obscure, and the way rakeback works is not far from a scam, the Player Value Index is just borderline scam, the fact that when u are winning u dont generate any rakeback at all is simply abusive.
Be more clear with the whole player value index or simply make it equal for everybody, as soon as im on a winning session my fish buffet points come to a halt almost it is ridiculous

It is especially important when you are playing a tournament and then you are wasting time, something like pokerstars has.

Today the software basically stole 4 3$ spin gold entrances from me. I registered to 4, the loading wheel started spinning nothing happened, i registered to another 4 inmediatly, when i check my history and pokercraft the software didnt put me in the tables but the money was deducted i was just there sitting out
Get your stuff together every sunday your software gets all laggy and it is dumb
EDIT: Now i was in 4 games waiting for the spin and all of a sudden i was inside the game sitting out. YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE
EDIT2: Tables keep freezing i hope they refund peoples money. Tables are all buggy i just got a game with 2 dudes sitting out because their game probably froze
If it wasnt enough all the problems i had with GG poker, i play spin and golds, i was in the leaderboards of the 3$ spins in the 17th position winning 55$ all of a sudden the week ended and i disappeared from the leaderboards, also the leaderboards now show weird scores wich are impossible because i was checking the leaderboard and it updates inmediatly there is no way somebody made 6000 points in 2 hours
This site is just shady. Im cashing out my money...
Update: They refused to give any compensation for their shitty software even when it is clear to see in the hand histories that i was sitting out in 4 spin gold while i launched 4 more inmediatly even when u can only play 4
