when do you condidering 3betting small vs bad players?

Well if villain minraised there could be some sense to 3bet small but not really versus 3bb raise. It also works two ways when trying to induce action. Hand that could have called shove might just be folding flop.

This seems well played. Slow playing could be a option, but with a decent amount of ICM in it could end up in some akward post-flop situations.
