The villain is 25/20af4.0 3Bet(1/6) 21 hands

I was thinking he could have Axcc/AA/AK/AQ/SC.

What would you do on turn?

PokerStars - $1 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (BTN): 219.81 BB
SB: 29.13 BB
BB: 215.32 BB
UTG: 160.52 BB
MP: 181.66 BB
CO: 59.28 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 6♥ 4♥

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2 BB, fold, BB raises to 8 BB, Hero calls 6 BB

Flop: (16.5 BB, 2 players) A♥ 7♣ 3♣
BB bets 8 BB, Hero calls 8 BB

Turn: (32.5 BB, 2 players) 5♥
BB bets 30.88 BB, Hero ??

Thoughts?

Preflop it's a relatively loose defense with 64s, even for BTN vs BB.
His flop size is weird. I don't think we should fold with our backdoors though IP.
Turn it's a call and nothing more. You have the nuts and a flushdraw, there's almost no threantingly river for you.
Let him keep barrel AA, AK, AQ, etc. It's a polarized bet and I don't know many spots where it's the correct play to raise them.
His turn size makes sense though. That board is not good for him and he should be doing a lot of checking or betting really big. Raising here doesn't achieve much tbh.

It's interesting to see that you played NL16 a week ago based on the hands you posted and now NL100. That's a complete different game level. Pre-flop is indeed marginal to defend against a 3bet. Turn I would zcall as well to keep his range as wide as possible and if he bet river again you can still shove on him. Only if the board paird or :club: comes on river I would only check/call again.

Cheers,

Hi,
Pre is a fold with 100bb es, but this deep is 100% call. The same applies OTF. OTT 100% raise for value in regarding of the spr to get it in otr, besides if we just call we don't really know is he capable to run huge bluffs, so we will miss value or pay him off!

I dont play Nl100 and i dont think any of the ppl who comment play this stake but i agree that raising the turn achieves nothing. You will fold out everything that is not AA or 77.

What are you afraid of? Clubs? Do you think he bets pot on the turn with club flush draw? I dont. He has tons of Ax and tons of bluffs like KQ/QJ.

Call turn and let him bluff. If a blank hits on the river and he checks just bomb the river. You can even overbet it.
