Avoid flatting preflop with such a marginal hands out of position. As played why do you donk on the turn?

As played its a guessing game but having in mind you do not block any diamonds and people very rarely bluff in such spots, especially after you bomb the river - easy fold. You are vs flush 100% of the time

Weird hand, but it's interesting to know what your own though proccess was.
Most of the time I would fold J8s against a UTG open without position on him.
As played I would earlier check/raise turn than leading in to him. He's the aggressor so far.
River is nasty, but I would most likely fold. He has to often a flush I think, but it's a tough fold with a straight.

Preflop is a fold imo.
River is fold as played. He will not be bluffing here enough % of the time.

I donk bet the turn to get value vs mid pairs or draw that will call a bet but will just check and to prepare myself for a bigger bet on the river.

J9s is so easy to play post flop. We can lose small win big scenario. If utg have big pairs that doesn't want to fold we might stack him. We can outplay him post flop if utg c-bet once then just check on the turn.

I love to play suited connector, one gapper 2 gapper type of hands in the blinds. Is it a bad play?

These are the type of hands that get the big pot vs the premium hands.

It's a good hand to play if you are playing 200+ bb deep not 100bb, plus in small stakes like this, it's better to have a tighter calling range.

The fact you are playing this hand out of position is a huge disadvantage. I think you are underestimating this. You hit the absolute nuts on the turn. And still you lose the pot in the end.
Lets assume in the best case scenario the river is a complete blank and villain is willing to pay you off. You win a 7.41 pot. 3.80 is your own invested money. Net 3.61 in winnings. This is just over 1/3th of his stack. It is temping to believe you will stack villain alot if you hit, but in reality this is not the case.
I dont know you have any software to analyse your hands. It would be good to check if you are really making money with these types if hands vs utg.

UTG call i would put that guy on QJ QK most of the time. But like some guys said over bad call preflop and bad call on the flop. U didnt have the odds to call because there are 2 diamons. Drawing an open ended with a flush draw is drawing dead most of the time on top of that u arent even drawing the nut straight. Dont put yourself in those spots in micro stakes, u dont need to...
