I would check behind the turn here. His range is full of Qx and this is what his story of check/calling flop says. He represents Qx or KK or a weak A.

River is tough but for a bit over 1/2 pot i guess im calling. Expect to see random Ax that we beat and Qx that we lose to. Sometimes he will have a total spew like KK or JJ with a spade

It depends on villain, but against most villains on NL2 a fold is fine. Flush is out there and you beat only a bluff.

I'm new here in pokerstrategy, but love to play cash game and I would like to share my thoughts about this hand.
monteCarlol answering your question I think you should fold river because one population read of micro limits is quiet never they bluff river.

There is another pop read that leads us to the core of your question - we micro stakes players have had a tremendous curious and would like a proof that he has a better hand. (at least myself called some bluff big bets and I proof that hey had a better hand).

Now other considerations:
OTF I would raise higher just to keep expensive villain play FD or even do a combo draw.
OTT I would keep betting as played because just a small part of his hand is ahead.

Nice fold!

It's not a call on this limit. Villain can't make a bluff here as you showed flop and turn aggression.

Population read is that For villain to bluff he needs to be drawing on the turn and missing. It's far more likely that he is afraid that you check behind, hence he shoves.

Now pre-flop we should 4-bet and call if he goes all-in. It's CO vs BB and it looks like you guys are 5-handed as well. Goto apply pressure.
