Hi,
I was just wondering how long it takes for a Poker Tracker purchase to give you Silver status? I was hoping to start watching the silver videos soon but I am still on Basic.

Hi roshdc,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
