I know hud software is not allowed on gg network but what about table managers like table tamer or stack n tile?

I emailed gg support but got no feedback.

Thanks for your response doubledave22.

When I clicked on live help on gg poker client and typed in hud this is the answer that came up:

Can I use a poker tracker and/or any HUD?

Unfortunately we strictly prohibit using any kind of third party software including table organizers. Please understand that these are rules established in compliance to our fair gaming policy and that there are no exemptions to this rule.

I am really interested in multi tabling software so I will contact them again with directly inquiring about your software and if I get the go ahead I will give it a go. Just to make sure. The last thing I want is to have my account locked

No problem! It does seem as though there is some conflicting information however the email was direct from the security team. Also, reading their TOS says:

7.1.2 A third party tool is permitted if it:
assists only in tiling/aligning of tables;
assists in the creation of macros and hotkey for gameplay efficiency that do not reduce the requirement of a User having to make a decision.
The User must decide what action to take and the exact relative size of any bet or raise, with the macro or hotkey merely executing this decision. For example, a hotkey that bets half the pot is permitted. A hotkey that bets a randomised amount between half and three-quarters of the pot is prohibited;
is judged by the Security Team to have characteristics of prohibited third party tools but is deemed inoperable in conjunction with the GGPoker poker client;

I was careful to make my software comply with all poker sites TOS. Go ahead and contact them personally though. I would not want anyone to get banned on my behalf.

Take Care
Dave

Thanks Dave. Yes I emailed them hoping to get a response soon. I like the promo vid. Keen to try the software if gg poker allows it

Wonderful! If you happen to try it out make sure to join the discord found at the bottom of my website. I will be able to assist with any problems much easier there.

Please note that unlike PokerStars, we do not officially list up the permitted/banned 3rd party Software. While it is your right to state that your software has been approved by GGPoker, we would not confirm this to the public.

It seems astounding to me that they would forbid software usage without any way for players to confirm that their tools are permitted.
It also seems dangerous for people to use tools while playing on GGPoker without verifying that they are allowed -- oh wait, you can't.

Just as a side not, you can play on GGPoker while using a HUD on different sites.
I've done it. Since the HUD has no interaction with the GGPoker tables, there is no violation.

@doubledave22,
You'll notice that I have hidden your post, since our forum principles don't allow promotion of tools not supported by PokerStars

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Request that you be permitted to include links to your software here.

Best of luck :gl:,

Hey, guys,

"GGPoker SECURITY AND ECOLOGY AGREEMENT (“SEA”)

I use table tamer on GG and I asked support before hand and they didn't seem to object. However, table tamer has a lot of options that are prohibited by GG, but for this reason they're already disabled by TT itself when using it on GG. Basic table management and hotkeys are allowed, just be careful if you plan on using some advanced options. Also, support on GG seems quite fast, so when you know exactly what you're planning on using, it might be worth checking with support first.

Cheers,
burek

Thanks burek2000

That sounds promising. I did contact them about an hour ago just to confirm the specific software Dave suggested before trying it out. Currently pay 8 tables without software but anymore then i dont feel im playing my optimal game so table tiling and hotkey software will be really usefull

Got a respone from GG Poker:

I believe table organizers are fine provided their sole function is organizing games.

Regarding hotkeys:

Kind regards,
