Hi!
I’m a SnG player. I was reviewing my hands on PT4 and I saw a ICM button next to my nickname, depends on my action I saw a box with the suggested action (push or fold). How much trustworthy is this tool on PT4?

Hey bestCR,
I have moved this to the PokerTracker board where it is more likely to get informed responses.

ICM (Independent Chip Model) is a mathematical model so the results are based on the results of those calculations. The advice in the Replayer offers a single best option (between push and fold) for the specific situation - it doesn't suggest a range of actions to balance across multiple different hands since calling and playing flops adds much more complexity:
You can also adjust your opponent models and ranges via "Configure -> ICM Opponent Models". This allows you to configure the ICM calculations for the games you play depending on how tight/loose your opponents are on average. You can select default models for the opponents and/or manually adjust ranges by dragging the points on the graph for different situations. Also note that bounty tournaments do not fit with these calculations which are based on each tournament chip having a fixed dollar value.

For what it is worth... you hadn't mentioned anything about the players you were trying to calculate against. What i mean is the ICM is simply math and it doesn't account for a player that is tight or aggro. How many hands you have on someone and what their numbers are also factor into it. With that being said it also depends on the buy in level you are playing. I am a micro sng player and have stats up to $35 9 mans but mostly low stakes just because the money is so easy.
