Your only two losing positions are BB and SB, and both are well above what you would expect if you folded every blind.

I try not to open too wide ep-mp as I don’t like to play OOP, I will look into some strategy here before I make any changes. Also my betting strategy needs a lot of work. Is it best to focus on value betting and cbetting first?

create an alias of all regulars in your pool and look up the numbers. then you will have sufficent sample.

If it is not broke why fix it?

Your playing style appears to be weak tight which is the correct strategy for microstakes. Unless you think you are being outplayed at 10nl then obviously you may need to change things. But I am sure 10nl can be crushed with abc poker.

Yeah I agree on play style, but I want to move on to 25nl eventually and don’t want to be outplayed here every session I’v never played 25nl properly so unsure of skill level there compared to lower limits

Somebody already said, "If it aint broke, don't fix it".
Normally an AF of < 1 means that you call more than you bet and raise
This can be good if you are fairly tight, and have good hands and aggro opponents

It can be bad if you are calling to chase draws.

Maybe filter your hands for places where you were playing passively and post some of those hands.
