AA vs. Fish 3way

HI KapitanKirk,
You put $1.20 into this pot post-flop.
What card were you hoping to see on the Turn? Or River?
Villain can do this with QQ, KK or even flush draws.

Why not raise the flop -- if he folds, great.
If not, you might get a free card on the turn

I'm inclined to call the river though...
I'm curious to read what the real experts think though...

I'm not an expert, but my advice would be to reraise the flop vs fish with short stack.
The line you took is not very profitable. You are calling him down, but not at the river? As played, I would call the river. Otherwise you are wasting alot of money in this pot without seeing a showdown. The fish has only half a potsize bet left on the river, so he will put it in whatever river comes.

I would put in a decent reraise on the flop or even put him all in on the flop. If he has a 9, so be it. But he will call with probably any flush draw and straight draw and probably alot of jacks. He's a fish and fishes don't like folding.

Well spotted CharlotteD.
I didn't check the stack sizes at all when I looked at the hand.
I think that with such a small stack size, you could re-shove on the flop.
What do you think?

I raise flop, rarely he donkbets with trips

You can raise and gii vs utg if the bb comes over the top it's a bit dicey but probably still going to call it off on that board although having the Ah wouldn't be ideal blocking the flush draws.
