Preflop: Maybe better a 3bet because villain's stats?
Postflop: I didn't want at the flop just call because of the draws but at the turn what next??

It is a standard 3bet, even more with vilain stats.

Imho vs this oppo you should 3bet preflop, AQ is top 5% and he calls with 15%, as played i check back turn: you can bet draw and many Jx and with other combo you can induce and bluff catch
