Sadly withdrew my bankroll today because of the new updates (more pop-ups) and the removal of auto top up.The new hourly pop-up stating winnings and losses which btw is never accurate.Has to be the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen on a poker site.Anyone with the cognitive ability capable of creating an account and depositing money can keep track of their bankroll for an hour or two.

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
No-one here has access to your account information, but PokerStrategy.com customer service people can.
I also suggest that you contact GGPoker customer support directly as well.
If you did indeed follow all the instructions, between the two it will get sorted out.
Sometimes, even if you missed a step, it can still be rectified.

When will the network fix the problem associated with instant closing of the client during the game? It's just disgustingly impossible to play normally, especially critical for tournament players.

I am from a country called Qatar were ggpoker is legal but depositing to gambling sites is illegal. so i created the account but cannot deposit the money. is there a way that i can pay someone through paypal and then have the money transferred into my ggpoker account? I tried everything and nothing works.
Edit: I am willing to transfer first on paypal and then ask for the money to be transferred to my acc. willing to pay service fees

I registered my account at 1st July and I provided all required documents for ID verification via help@ggpoker.com at the same day. 4 days later I received email from the support, that the proof of address shouldn't be older than 180 days which is ridiculous, because it was my last bank statement! I sent another proof of address.
Today at the 7th day my account wasn't verified yet, so I tried to provide all documents again via the poker client. After all I had no choice, but to activate my Honeymoon missions and watching the 1st expire, because of impossibility of depositing and playing. So I lost at least 50% of the new user promotion because the last one requires 30/30 missions for 150$.
Can you reset my honey moon missions ones my account is finally verified or compensate me somehow, because I am very disappointed!

Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
You might also try their discord server -- there are often GGPoker partners there that might point you to a way to get this resolved faster.

It is not possible to use PT4 HUD on GGPoker -- it just would not work.
I recall reading a reply that said it was OK to have PT4 open while playing, but I cannot find it.
I suggest that you email GGPoker support -- support@ggpoker.com -- and ask them directly to be certain.

I read somewhere that youcan grind with pt4 hm3 running for other sites but once you are trying to point that hud to gg and they catch you your account is gone
for those who really want to be on the safe side: I'd suggest a virtual machine with poker clients and HUD
