Yes 4bet a bit bigger, and yes I would probably fold to a 5bet shove.

The hand history is a bit all over the place, thejewofmalt is a bit of a magician, able to fold and 3bet :f_grin: Makes it very hard to read. Is there not a better way to post your hands? I just use the pokertracker copy function that makes it compatible with forums. I don't know what you're using. But overall the play seems fine, just a bit bigger on the 4bet.

Sorry, I have it edited now.
Then 4bet to 4$ and fold to 5bet allin? My potodds will 37%... Villains 4bet range is only 2% but this is an average, SB vs BB maybe more....

(I use HM2 and pokerhandreplays.com and it usually fine, sorry, for that)

I prefer calling the 3 bet and if the dealer folds you woud play the hand in position against the sb and it wouldn't be that bad

Thank you. No problem! Just easier to give feedback! :f_drink:

JJ against the range AA-JJ, AK, (which is proabably best case scenario) we are at roughly 37% with JJ. So it's pretty much breakeven, but when we take rake into account it's probably gonna be -EV if we call the shove.

The larger 4bet can generate more fold equity and gives villain a worse price to call, roughly 2.5:1 if we bet $4. The 4bet you put in gave villain a 3.2:1 if my calculations are correct.

Then again, calling the 3bet and hopefully playing the hand IP is actually what I would do here. AKo and sometimes AQo I would 4bet/fold.
